As the U.S. PIRG Transportation Advocate, Matthew Casale advocates for the development of a 21st century transportation system, to increase options like efficient public transit and to stop the waste of scarce federal and state funds on newer and wider highways. Before joining U.S. PIRG, Matthew clerked for Judge Alfred S. Irving, Jr., in the District of Columbia Superior Court. Matthew is a graduate of the George Washington University Law School.
